I can say for certain that I'm a creative type - I love writing, playing music, and singing. I'm happiest when I get to be outside - on the beach especially, and during my early morning runs. I'm very much an all-in or not-at-all kind of person, which leads my natural ambition to joyful obsession at times - so when I'm working on a poem or story, you might find me in the middle of the night, surrounded by paper and coffee, mumbling to myself. Back away slowly and you'll be fine.
Career-wise, I'm still figuring it out. I mentioned that I'm ambitious - but it has to be something that I care about. I think that we should dedicate our work lives to what lights us on fire. So I think it's important to take the time to discover what you really want, which is where I'm at right now.
I have to confess to being somewhat of an old-school romantic. As silly as this may sound, I love a man with manners, and would be excited to meet someone who is not only fun and spontaneous, but respectful and kind. And (cliches exist because they're true, right?) someone who isn't afraid to be themselves - someone I can be myself with. Then - we'll see! I'm hoping for - this is key - something relaxed.

I opened my own salon in my basement, and work out of there when I find the time apart from my full time job and social life. I also work on fashion shows, do hair for weddings and graduations as a hobby.
