He grabbed a severed leg and a sword, tossed a sword to me, and we acted out an appendage loss battle right on the spot. It wasn't quite as spectacular as Monty Python's Holy Grail, but we tried! ;)
I'm very physically active, enjoy fitness challenges, a healthy lifestyle, and eating clean. My cardio routine is 2-3 miles, I always take the stairs two at a time, and hit the weights at the gym 3x/week for a full workout.
