Welcome to my profile! :) I guess I'll just start off by introducing myself. My name is James. Im a chef in Yellowknife and I've been cooking for about 15 years. It is definitely one of my passions among others. I also love astronomy & cosmology. Pretty much anything to do with "up there". So if you have a thing for space nerds, I guess I'm your guy. Lol! Anyway, camping, hiking, traveling and anything else outdoors are also on the list, ESPECIALLY traveling.
