So this is the part where I describe myself, well here goes: I am an above "average joe", with a quick wit and a quick smile. I wear my heart on my sleeve and I will always be straight and honest with people. I live my life with integrity and I am thankful for everything I have. I believe that how you do anything is how you do everything. Whether it's at my job, a home project, or issues in my personal life, I always give 100%. I take great care of myself and love to be active and absolutely love being outdoors, especially in the summer. I love a good thunderstorm, but also a good blizzard. We can hang out in front of the fireplace and watch the snow pile up, and then I'd go out and make a snowman with the kids, if the snow is "packy".
Laughter is the best thing for good health so I like to get that in heaping doses whenever possible. Whether we're at home, or with family or friends, I like kidding around and finding the humour in everyday events, quoting funny lines from TV and movies, and being a character, but of course I know when to be serious too.
I am objective and flexible when having to make decisions, but not wishy-washy, and I will stick to my guns when I feel that I am right about something. I have great common sense, which is not so common any more, and I have the ability to compromise when necessary. A positive attitude will determine how well each day goes, so that's how I roll :-)
You can't always control what happens to you, but you can always control how you react to it. So, things always work out well for me, because that is what my focus is. That kind of sums up how I try to live my life.
I will always treat my partner with respect, because I am a true gentleman - yes, there are still some of us left! I am really a hopeless romantic, affectionate, and my focus is to make my partner feel loved and cared for at all times.

Oh, and I still have all my hair and teeth, although there's some grey now (the hair, not the teeth).
