I have most recently bought a kayak which I've wanted for a long time. I'm looking forward to heading out on the water and getting some fresh air and exercise! Yes, I am one of those women who had always put herself last when it came to family - husband and children's needs came first - so I neglected myself a bit. Now that my children are a bit older I am enjoying getting out to try new things and taking care of myself physically and mentally!
I have a fabulous supportive community and would not know where I'd be without my neighbors! They say you can't choose your neighbors but if you could, I'd definitely choose the ones I've got!
My favorite thing to do these days is to simply spend time in my own backyard! (or front yard....)
