Music is a really big part of my life- my entire family is very musical and it would be amazing to find someone who shares my passion for the arts! I love my job (most days!) but it doesn't give me the opportunity to meet a lot of new people, hence exhibit A: match.com. ;)
During the school year my life is pretty hectic. In addition to my full time teaching career, I also work teaching music privately to a number of students and sing on the weekends. It doesn't give me a lot of time for a social life. In the summer I try to take some down time!
Love: walks, touring the city, dining out, being with friends, singing around the campfire, jamming with the fam, learning new things and shopping...... ALSO: good hearted people that I can spend time with. Someone who can make me laugh, who is trust worthy, and that I can count on.... I pride myself in being a loyal person with a very kind heart. I think my friends would describe me as caring, gentle, sweet, possibly shy...but definitely able to laugh at herself!
I am 27, but I am really an old soul at heart. I wouldn't call myself very "cool". I love to curl up at home with a cup of tea and a good book. Most of my friends tend to be older than I am. I don't really like the party scene, although I do like going out to eat at a nice restaurant. I realize I am not the average 27 year-old.... maybe that is why I still haven't found someone! Oh, and I am an admitted Starbucks addict!

After a few of my very good friends convinced me to sign up for this online thing, here I am! I'm hopeful that something good will come out of this, even if it is just good friends. It's hard finding others who are single and looking to settle down, so why not try this.
A little bit about myself: I'm 27yr old, I work full time as an RN in Toronto and although it is a lot of work and takes up a lot of my time, I do enjoy helping people and that feeling is indescribable. I'm sort of in transition right now, deciding where I want to live and looking for options out there. I try and work out regularly, I love doing the classes at my gym, spinning etc. I also play soccer on Sundays during the summer! I love going to the cottage and being outdoors in the summer. Of course I don't own a cottage, but it helps to have friends with cottages!
I can be shy at first, I wish I could change that. But once you get to know me, I am fun, energetic and really easy going. I love to laugh, and a guy who can make me laugh is a big plus! So if you're interested, give me a shout, I would love to hear from you!

Traveling is my passion, and I try to get away as often as possible (all inclusives DO NOT count!) and would ideally be looking for someone who shares my passion in seeing the world. I turned my passion into a career, and haven't looked back since! I've been very fortunate to have seen some great places already, and have discovered many times just how small this world really is.
I enjoy eating out, and finding little "hole in the wall" type places instead of big restaurant chains, or staying in and trying out a new recipe usually makes for a fun evening too. I have a dog, and spend my time hiking in the woods with her, and finding new trails to discover, and just being outdoors. Although I will be the first to admit that I'm not a fan of the winter, definitely more of a summer girl for sure. Patios, live bands, good food, great company, warm nights, what can be better?
