So lets all be realistic...we ALL love to travel....we are ALL close to our family and friends....great, now that we have that out of the way we can be honest about who we are and what we want/need in life - and perhaps more appropriately, what we want from our 'match'.
Am I perfect - nope...far from it. I was raised properly and can look out for myself - I can cook (experimented with culinary school), I can fix my own car (with someone of higher intelligence offering support), I can build/renovate most things around my house, I can dress myself without wondering whether or not the clothing I am wearing is clean...although I promise to never wear matching socks (personal decision...I'm adult, I get to decide).
I am lucky enough to have over-achieved in my professional career (I am reminded of this repeatedly). I have a great job and love what I do, but the commitment I have made to my career hasn't left the appropriate time to develop a meaningful relationship.
What do I want? Someone with the same level of drive and determination to do something above average with their life....couch potatoes and pessimists need not apply. I don't think I'm unique necessarily...just an average girl with a few strange qualities. For example: at least once a week I will typically have some dirt under my nails from fixing something (usually at work). Car and bike repairs are exciting for me! I don't like shopping unless it's at Princess Auto or Canadian Tire. I can go into a mall, select, try on, and purchase a dress in under 15 minutes (30 at most!).
