Date someone special from Belleville, Canada. Well, okay, about me.... I'm tend to have a positive outlook on life, and don't get dragged down by a bad situation. Life's too short to be depressed or angry. It's about how you deal with a difficult time. I hope to find someone that remains positive even in the worse of times. I love to laugh, and am a little goofy, sarcastic, and a big kid at heart. That said I'm not a little boy that plays games, I am a man that is honest, caring, and takes care of his own.
I am a small town guy. Was born in Kingston, spent some years in Lethbridge, Alberta where my younger sister was born, then moved to Prince Edward County. I grew up in a good home, with hard working parents that taught me good values, and I love them for that.
I went to Loyalist College and took Manufacturing Engineering, and ended up with a great job straight out of school. I have been with the same company ever since, and enjoy my job. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to teach at Loyalist College part time for two years and loved every minute of it. I decided to stop teaching, for one I was still working full time, and needed to focus on my main career.
I have two amazing young boys that mean everything to me. It is so important to me that they are raised with the same values that my parents taught me. Although they are still young I take every opportunity to teach how important it is to be kind and respect others, to take care of the planet we live on, and contribute to society in a way that gives meaning to our own lives.
So, I thought I might try a internet dating site. I know that I want someone that shares similar values to me, has a sense of humor, is passionate, a high drive, and loves children. I am looking for a long term partner that believes a relationship is 50/50.
