A sole support parent of a 15 year old daughter (apple didn't fall far from the tree there, she is just like me). Her father has no envolvement in our lives which in a way makes things much simpler.
I am not a person who beats around the bush...I don't have a hard time expressing myself, and I expect the person I date to do the same. My job requires me to work weekends stats/holidays on three rotating shifts therefore it is sometimes difficult for me to make unscheduled plans. I love my job as demanding as it is; so someone who is patient and understanding of my work schedule would be a refreshing change.
I am a farmgirl at heart, went to an Agricultural college for Equine Sciences (one of three college experiences). Not afraid to get my hands dirty and do some real work, yet love to pamper myself with spa days, mani/pedis and a good night out occasionally.
