My friends may define me as someone who is 'quiet'; however, once I get to know people I'm an open book. I absolutely love my friends and family, they mean the world to me, doesn't everyone say this? I'm extremely blunt and honest, so hopefully it doesn't scare you off. It is something that I expect in a partner as well. Honesty and trust is something that I honor greatly in a relationship and it is something that I except.
I absolutely love my job. People often define it as one of the most rewarding and disheartening jobs ever. However, its worth every minute of the hard work and effort I put into it. I truly couldn't imagine doing anything else at this point in my life, although I have larger hopes and dreams down the road. I would like someone who is career-oriented or someone who knows what they want to do and have a plan about how they are going to succeed.
I cherise education tremendously. I have a BA - double major in geography and sociology and a BSW. I am currently working part-time on my MSW.
I'm a huge sports fan. I've been playing fastball for as long as I can remember. There hasn't been a year gone by that I haven't played some form of baseball - whether it be fastball, slo-pitch, or 2-pitch. I couldn't imagine my life without it. Coaching a younger girls team was an amazing learning experience and definitely something I'm looking forward to getting involved in down the road. I love catching live sports events, or watching a game on TV. I love a fun game of pick-up of anything in the summer time.
Music is a large part of my life - its extremely irregular that I'm sitting in my place without some type of music on. My favourite would have to be country; however, I'm a fan of pretty much anything. I absolutely love going to concerts - nothing is better than seeing a band live.
In my spare time I love getting outside as much as possible, going for a drink, coffee, walks, reading, etc.

I should start by saying, "Hello" because that just seems like the obvious beginning to any conversation; and theoretically this is the start of one lol I grew up in Brantford, but left for school. After completing my degree I decided to return, and have been back for not quite a year. I work in a great field and I'm very passionate about what I do. In my profession I help someone new everyday, and that just seems like a great way to spend a day at work. I come from a large family, and I love spending time with them as much as I can. In my spare time I'm usually with family or friends, at the gym, or relaxing at home.
