First, a little bit about myself. I love to laugh and have fun! Friends would tell you I have a good sense of humour and often have a witty remark to add to the conversation. They would tell you that I am a loyal friend and always there when they need help. I am a glass half full kind of girl and give people the benefit of the doubt. I have learned to make lemonade with the lemons life has handed me every now and then. I am a friendly person who easily fits into social situations. I have a strong work ethic and sense of fairness. I have been complimented on being humble despite the fact it's hard to look that way when describing yourself on this dating site! :-)
I am hard working but also like quality downtime.
Simple things like enjoying each other's company just relaxing on my deck with a delicious meal we've made together or watching a movie at home, balanced with special outings like a concert/symphony or live comedy/theatre makes me happy. Don't worry, it's not a deal breaker if you don't like cooking. :-) I recently went to the Bruce Springsteen "Wrecking Ball" concert in Buffalo. It was fabulous! I am always game for outdoor activities or trying something new.
This summer I am looking forward to doing a treetop canopy walk. I like to participate in activities where you get exercise while having fun. Staying fit is important to me. Going to my parents cottage in the summer is a great way to relax. Family and friends are a part of my life that I treasure. I have 2 wonderful children.
