I've done a bit of traveling but would love to do more. I'd like to meet someone who I can explore new areas and try new things with. Staying fit is very important to me so my ideal match is a guy who likes to be active (or at least is willing to try!) I'm working on climbing the ladder at work and currently I'm saving for a down payment towards my own home.
I guess I should list some qualities I'm looking for in my ideal guy. You might be wondering if I have the infamous checklist so many women carry around with them wherever they go. You know, the lists that name all of the qualities and characteristics in their perfect guy. Or the must haves. Must own a nice car, must have a good job etc etc. The answer is....not so much!
All I can tell you is I'm looking for someone with a good heart. A person who respects others and himself. Family and friends must rank very important in his life. He must, absolutely must, have a good sense of humor because I like to laugh and most importantly I can laugh at myself. Also, I'm going to make fun of you sometimes so I need to know you're not going to run away and cry. Don't worry, I welcome you to make fun of me too! I'm drawn to the manly man type and I'm a sucker for stubble. I'm not usually attracted to the metrosexual kind of guy. If you take longer than me to get ready, that's a problem. If you like shopping more than me, that's also a problem. Don't take those last 2 things too seriously, I'm only kidding...well...1/2 kidding!
I really believe that two people should be able to do nothing and still have fun if there's a true connection. I'm looking for a best buddy (cliche, but true)! I don't have time for mind games or BS. Well, first I'll start by talking about myself... I enjoy an active lifestyle (yoga, skiing/snowboarding, fishing ext.). When it comes to down-time a comfy couch and a good movie is all I need.
