Where to start….. I should say that I’m content with my life; I would consider myself to be an easy going person, hard working, self sufficient, honest and sometimes charming, and in most situations humble. . I was given a unique sense of humor which I have put to good use, dealing with life’s little bumps. I have a job that I love, a home that I am comfortable in. Family I love and friends spanning a lifetime. So all that missing is you. I am the kind of guy who likes to entertain. pool parties, bonfires and Of course BBQs all year round. So it safe to say I like to cook. (Cordon blue being my specialty)
I also like to dine out. Dinner theatre, being a favorite. I also enjoy the occasional concert. I like all kinds of music, except rap! I have an adventurous nature, Parachuting waterskiing, going in burning buildings are some of my older pastimes. More recently boating, fishing, cycling, scuba diving. I also like being introduced to new things.
I am hoping to meet someone who will turn out to be my best friend. Someone who has the same interests and dreams that we can share together. Travelling partner, dinner companion and life mate all rolled into one.
In summing up my life I can say, that I have taken the path less traveled. I have lived overseas for many years, and have had some exciting/ dangerous occupations; (none of which required any computer skill, so this is not my best side) but buy far my most challenging /noteworthy accomplishment is raising two girls on my own since they were vary young. (This will account for any graying at the temples I may have.)
I have been told by women other than my mother, that I am not hard to look at. I consider myself to be in fair shape, hopefully with many good years ahead. At this stage of my life, I believe in a balanced lifestyle eating sensibly and living well. (Perhaps I am over compensating for a misspent youth

I like going out, but I am just as comfortable staying in preparing a meal together or sitting around a campfire by the lake. I clean up fairly well, but I am also comfortable in jeans. I am construction savvy, know which end of a vacuum does the work and can separate colours from whites before drowning them in the what-cha-call-it. Over the years, my stove and I have had many indepth conversations and it now allows me easy access...it may be because of the wine we have shared.

I am 63, but am told I look in my early fifties. It is both the luck of the genes and a healthy lifestyle. But the thing I think is just as important is that I have a great outlook on life.
