I've pared this down a bit as the long version was, well, a bit too long...
I am told that I would be a great catch...most eligible bachelor anyone knows, etc., etc. (but that only goes so far when Ms. Right can't seem to find me :), stable, confident but not full of myself...I live in a great environment. I've travelled and lived abroad in the past but I'm happy here now. I still travel though...
I have a good job which I like (most of the time). Creativity is big with me...art, photography, writing, music...
Never married, no kids but would like to do one or both with that one amazing person. I'm sentimental, traditional in some respects, quick-witted, tactful (mostly), sensual and said to be good company. I am considered attractive - more slim than 'average' and outdoors work and non-organized sports keep me in shape, and yes, I do have lots of photos though I'm not really inclined to put them out there for just anyone. In fact, I just broke down and posted one for the first time ever (against my better judgement). I totally get that a picture is worth a thousand words but understand that it never tells the whole story. Admittedly, I am a visual person, and believe in the 'spark', so perhaps I have to bite the bullet on this one. In some ways I am also a private person though I am definitely no stranger to being in the public eye (in good ways!)...if I talk to someone via e-mail, I'll gladly share more...
In the past, it seems I lost sight, to some degree, of what I need from a woman...calmness (with spirit), sensuality, fun, intelligence, values and a love of being spoiled with an understanding of reciprocation...backrubs are awesome. A love of the outdoors is a big plus also. Aggressiveness (in a confrontational sense) and tons of 'baggage' are not really on the menu. Chemistry? If you truly understand it, you'll know why that's essential...
Would love a woman who loves being a woman and appreciates a man with character and diverse interests. As the French say, 'Vive la difference!'

Unfortunately, I don't find many of the new comedy shows all that funny. I enjoy gardening - both for the colour in the flower beds and the fresh produce.
