Date someone special from Erin, Canada. This is an update to my original profile that was, of course, thrown together in haste to see what's "out there". I have tried to do a better job of describing my personality and what I am looking for and hopefully it finds a match. "Selling" yourself online in a static environment is an interesting concept, however I am a big believer in face to face chemistry as seeing someone's picture does not give a true feel for someone's "aura". I am very much a people person and look forward to the opportunity to meet some interesting fun people on this site.
About me:
I am a highly ambitious guy who loves to have fun both at work and after work. I believe that life is too short for anything negative and want the rest of my days focused on new experiences, new challenges and a ton of fun. I look at my age on my profile and can't believe it...I still feel like I'm 25 and love to party like its 1999 (wait, I WAS 25 in 1999). My kids allow me to act much younger and give me an excuse to make stupid jokes that at least someone laughs at :). I have had a very interesting career and life, traveled a lot and have many experiences (both positive and negative) that I guarantee you have not heard before or won't believe happened. But good or bad, they have all made me the person I am today and am grateful for having experienced them because I believe I am a unique guy with a lot to offer anyone willing to take a chance in this online world. I am passionate about my kids, my dog Mo, my business, golf, playing sports and the Leafs (unfortunately)! I have been called smart, funny, energetic and an eternal optimist; all traits by the way that I find highly attractive in women. If I didn't get so caught up in my existing career, I would have loved to be on Saturday Night Live (I hope there is still a chance, that would be too much fun). I love getting into conversations that cover many topics and range from intelligent to ridiculous. Variety is the spice of life.
About her:
I am really looking for someone who is truly a positive person and doesn't sweat the small stuff. Someone who takes the best out of every bad situation and doesn't fester over anything negative. I am very attracted to intelligent women who are very confident in themselves, know what they want but really doesn't take life too seriously. She must love to travel, enjoy a night out for dinner and conversation but equally enjoys watching a movie at home with some popcorn (comedies are high on my list of movie genres). It would be nice if she had interest in watching Toronto sports teams but not necessary. Finally I want someone who is just open minded and is looking for someone who can keep them entertained...
