As you can see from my pictures, I smile a lot. When I laugh my eyes squint and I have trouble seeing what I'm laughing about. I love, love, love this crazy hot summer. I gravitate toward water and outdoor patios. I enjoy walking in the evening with a soft breeze sifting through my unruly curls. I like soft serve ice-cream, lemon gelato and limoncella. These days I spend time outdoors gardening, cycling, beaching (Wasaga, Lake Ontario, Orillia, Barrie, Muskoka) and back-yard partying.
I love Toronto and all our fabulous festivals, food, shops, unique villages, bistros, bars, cafes,,,Wow. However, every so often I have to get the heck out Dodge, so off I go road-tripping in any direction discovering hamlets, quaint little towns, waterways, beaches, waterfalls, fabulous bands and local food. I can lose myself contentedly in a museum, gallery, a quaint little shop or book store.
Recently went to my first singles dance (completely lost my confidence on the way there but refused to turn the car around) and had a great time, thanks to the wonderful men and women there! Also, recently made a spontaneous stop at the AGO. I couldn't help but notice everyone's eyes after the Picasso exhibit, LOL. Seems I appreciate symetry and a kiss.
I can go from flip-flops to stilettos in under an hour. I've been described as an outdoorsy type and a girlie-girl. I've done a little travelling and hope to do more. I am confident, curious, free-spirited, fulfilled, adventurous, strong and weak, hopeful, joyful and grateful. I have been described as a rambunctious introvert. I love being a woman and prefer to be the pretty one in the relationship. Balance and inner peace are priorities for me, as well as health and vitality. Having said that, I also cherish lazy days, waking up to the scent of coffee n Bailey's on weekends, and sleeping in.
