I like to entertain which for me is everything from planning the meal with the guests in mind; creating the meal with someone special in my life; selecting the right wine and music and the dinner conversation all makes for a memorable night. Some things I can’t live without (besides love): Books – I always have one on the go and close at hand; Laughter – it helps alleviate stress and focuses you on what really matters and makes life lighter; Leisurely Saturday mornings over coffee figuring what we will do for the day; Music – it takes me back in time, tells a story and sometimes it’s a story that really resonates for me; A bit of time by myself, which is key for my happiness; and also importantly family and friends.
