Date someone special from Fergus, Canada. Some nights I am finding my way home after getting lost on one of my bike rides, I am directionally challenged:) but getting lost can lead to some great adventures...
Those adventures are not lmited to my bike rides, but can also happen when - hiking along the Elora Gorge and discovering new trail and view, going for a paddle on a lake and discovering a hidden beach for a swim, or biking along the Niagara wine route and finding a new winery to stop by for a tasting or two and maybe discovering a new favourite wine:)
The unexpected can lead to some great memories and smiles. One of my favourites is from last summer, while I was in Northern Italy fishing in the World Flying Championships. I stayed in this great little town up in the Italian Alps called Ortessi. Each night in the village centre a special event was put on, like a concert, an alpine marching band, etc, but the best was the night they shipped snow down from the surrounding peaks and set up a ski slope on the main street and we were skiing in the middle of summer. I only fell once or twice… Nothing bruised but my ... ;)
To recover from my adventures, I usually like to relax by listening to music, whether it is sitting at home with some quiet classical or jazz, heading down to The Boathouse with friends to head bop to some great blues, or going out to see an indie band like The Boxer Rebellion at the Mod Club…don’t ask me how I discovered them it’s a little embarrassing;p
With the right person I have even been known to get out and hit the dance floor...I have been wanting to try Salsa dancing...any takers?

Date a soulmate from Fergus, Canada. I find this part somewhat difficult, attempting to describe / sell myself in a few paragraphs.....long enough to give a reasonable description of the type of person i am but short enough not to bore you.
Just a small town Ontario boy who enjoys the simple things in life. I may be a bit conventional still hoping to meet that special someone in a more traditional way. That being said I'm here with excitement and optimism.
I have great family and friends and I love my career, however I can't help but feel like something is missing. There are many adventures I'd like to take but believe they'd be best enjoyed by two.
I'd love to find someone who similar to myself enjoys a variety of sports, travel, food, health and fitness, music, movies and just a little rest and relaxation on the couch from time to time. Someone who is more than willing to teach me something new, or go somewhere we've never been.
