. One main achioevement was to become a Chief Petty Officer in the Royal Navy. Despite some drawbacks I got as high as I could. Short in stature but high in stamina I always had to compete with my taller comrades. Ended career as the Senior Chief in my category.
Successfully raised responsible family, all have become leaders, managers, a Captain, Author, Computer programmer, Universary Alumnii etc. All with families of their own.
My own marriage ended amicably in 1989 with her returning to native England. Have spent many years in my current wee bungalow alone. Time to break out !
