An active life style is important to me. On average I jog about 15km a week, and workout at the gym 4 days a week. I by no means over train as I have an extensive back ground in personal training. I just enjoy the benefits of having a healthy life style. It would be a plus if you like to keep active as well. This spring/summer I plan on keeping busy with Ultimate Frisbee, and or Volleyball. I am not saying I am looking for some picture perfect body, just someone that takes care of them selves.
