Now I'm trying my hand at personal training, so I guess the more appropriate quote would be "I will pump you up!" I'm currently working to save money and figure out what I want to do as a career, and my main interest is related to lifestyle and health (i.e. diet and exercise). I have my MSc in bio-medical science studying how lifestyle affects gene expression related to aging and Alzheimer Disease.
I like keeping busy in my everyday life. I have a beagle pup named Bizmark, and I do a lot with him. When we're not jogging, I've got him doing agility or at the dog park to play. I play badminton on a regular basis. I enjoy going out with friends to the movies or the pub for some pints, but I also like going out dancing when the mood strikes. When I've got time at home, I read, draw (I'm actually taking a class right now), write, paint and sew. I love food, and I really like to cook and bake, though it's always better to have someone to do it for. I don't watch a lot of TV, but when I do, I've been known to marathon entire series (White Collar being the most recent one).
One awesome thing about me that I think people should know is that I'm an optimist (if a realist). It takes a lot to get me down, and I like to try and find the humour and joy in everyday life.
One random thing about me: I like to put myself in uncomfortable and novel situations. I'm always trying to push my boundaries and trying new things. I tried Aikido as an attempt at trying something unusual, and I've been known to join up with dinner clubs to meet new people from different walks of life. As for what I'm looking for, it's pretty simple. I'm proud of the direction my life is going at the moment, and I'd love to have someone who can keep up with me to share it with.

In terms of who I am, that's a little harder to address. I'm socially liberal and fiscally conservative. I cry at weddings and adore action and horror movies. I'm an realist and my glass is always half full. I'm a geek who loves sci-fi and fantasy and I like to keep fit. I love junk food and my favourite foods are fruits and veggies. One of my favourite bands is the Finnish power metal group Sonata Arctica and my car is tuned to FM96 and the Top 40 stations. It's easy to say I'm a bit of a contradiction or an odd ball, but people are more than the sums of their likes and values. My friends would say I'm smart, active, kind, energetic, loud, stubborn, passionate or just play crazy, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
