I'm very community oriented, as I am on The Board of Directors with The Heart and Stroke Foundation. It's strictly voluntary. I'm their event photographer throughout the year. Giving time back to this worthy cause is very important to me.
I had a serious car accident years ago and with hard work and determination, have recovered completely. I believe it's due to a positive attitude and perserverance .

Cycling and jogging are my weekly exercise regiment. I hope to run longer distances again.
