Date a soulmate from Ontario, Canada. Having lived in Costa Rica for almost 10 years, I'm now a snowbird, sharing my life with my recently widowed dad. Fortunately he likes Costa Rica, but is reluctant to relocate permanently, so we split the difference.
I had an eye infection a few years back which left me blind in one eye - makes it difficult to play tennis, put on makeup or ride a bike, but most of the time I don't notice it.
I've joined a gym and a yoga studio and am feeling pretty good about it. I love to cook (lucky dad!), read, dance, ride, explore...I hate to shop unless it's for food or shoes.
I have reconnected with some childhood buddies, but am lacking that someone for dinner dates, picnics, dancing, a game of pool, etc. If you've always had a secret desire to live in Costa Rica, all the better!
