Date a soulmate from Canada. Well here I am, back on match again...I was not planning on doing the online thing again but then after some time away I realized that life is just too short to not make an effort to meet that special girl that makes all the little things worth while.
Where to start....first off I have 2 beautiful young children that live with me a little more than half of the time, being their dad is the greatest thing that ever happened to me, they have taught me so much about myself and what is really important in life.
About me....umm well my friends call me the 80's guy lol, what can I say, I do love the culture and music of the decade and I also collect and restore full size classic arcade games.... I even have my own pacman
Hopefully you are still reading after that great start :) I enjoy doing home renovations, bbq's, and spending time outdoors with the kids in the summer months...while taking them sledding and skating in the winter. I like to bake, mostly with my little helpers...and spending time with my family, I spend quite a bit of time volunteering at the kids school in their classrooms and on field trips, Family values are important to me and I tend to be a little sentimental.
I would like to meet someone with similar values that is honest and loyal, and will talk to me about anything...enjoys being around children and doing family activities and even getting out for a night on our own from time to time...maybe even a good game of pacman, but thats not a deal breaker.

I should start off by saying that I am breaking several cardinal rules of guy etiquette by being blatantly honest here...lol. I am loyal to a fault and I have been told that while I sometimes come across as gruff on the exterior , on the inside, I am a big cuddly teddy bear.
Anyone who knows me would probably pick 'religious' as the last word to describe me but i do believe that 'do unto others' will take you pretty far in life. A snapshot of who I am:....I’m loyal, honest, respectful, and value integrity. I'm a good communicator and would prefer to meet someone who is the same way. Good, open communication is the key to so much. Without it, things just don't seem to go so well !
I have a good sense of humour and enjoy a healthy dose of sarcasm. I'm also self aware, know my short-comings (I'll make a list for anyone who requires it! LOL), and can laugh at myself. I’m an affectionate guy and have no problem showing it.
I like to keep fit and stay that way by playing soccer regularly and going to the gym several times a week. I also enjoy cycling and have participated in the Ride to Conquer Cancer for the last 2 years (biking from TO to Niagara Falls to raise money for cancer research). It's an amazing and inspiring experience! I've also run a couple of marathons but think the last one cured me of any desire to do more :-s
I'm a dedicated Dad to two fabulous kids - 12 and 10. They are, of course, a major priority in my life and always will be.
