I feel the temperature drop, watch the lightning and count the seconds it takes for the thunder to arrive. As the time shortens I know the eye of the storm is getting closer or moving on. Mostly, the best part is when I awake the next morning and it is sunny, the birds are chirping away happily and the flowers are blooming. An eternal optimist, I always look for the silver lining behind every storm cloud, opportunity where there is change and try to enjoy each and every day.
