. Hmm - hard to write about yourself. But I want to be honest so that I'm not wasting anyone's time.
I'm a short curvy brunette, been told that I am very attractive and that I don't look my age - certainly I don't feel it. Humour and the ability to laugh at yourself and at the foibles in life are extremely important to me. We only go this way once and what a waste if we're not enjoying ourselves. My proudest achievement are my two spectacular sons (who are 12 and 14 and who live with me most of the time). They have taught me all about unconditional love, patience and perseverance. I was married for a long time, but we grew apart and our goals changed and I have been divorced now for several years. I have a full time job and own my own home and consider myself independent. Family is very important to me, and I would make your family important to me. Being together is wonderful, but I am also cognizant that time to pursue your own interests is also absolutely necessary. I am happy and somewhat content, but I feel like a big part of the puzzle of my life is missing.
I love to cook and take care of my home, and I guess am a classic girly girl. I don't really understand most sports but am still game to watch it on tv. Preserving the environment is really important to me - would like to make my living protecting it, but that probably won't happen.
What I need from you - you must be kind, understanding, patient with a good sense of humour. You MUST be kid friendly and have the ability to understand that the time I spend with my kids is precious to me, but does not mean that you are diminished in any way. You need to be self-sufficient, financially and emotionally. You need to be utterly loyal - a one woman man. And ultimately you need to look into my eyes and know that I am the last love of your life.
