Date a man from Ontario, Canada. Writing about one self is always difficult and funny at the same time. I am a very private person that likes to spend time quietly and at home which is not to say that I don’t like to go out or meet people just that I like my privacy and peace and quiet. My kids tell everyone that I am an old world gentleman and the politest person they have ever met. I do not see any need for rudeness or inconsideration and learned a long time ago to accept people for who they are and respect a person for them self’s. I can see beauty in most everything and everybody and my glass is always half full and really have no time for someone that’s glass is half empty. I have 4 wonderful children 2 girls 26 and 22 and 2 boys 38 and 34, the 2 girls still live with me and tell me that they always will, (I need help). The girls are currently attending York University hoping to head to Teachers College next year. I love kids and have 3 or 4 unofficail daughters which I truly love like they were my own so be prepared there are always kids here and I love it.
I am a very young 60 as of January, even though this system says 57 (ah the good old days) but I easily pass for 50 sometimes even younger, (still hoping to be carded LOL). I am a work in progress when it comes to my shape but have recently decided that enough is enough and I am taking my life back. I learned a long time ago that real beauty is neither on the outside nor on the inside but it is both, it is a package deal. I learned hundreds of years ago, (after 4 kids it seems that long ago) there will always be someone in better shape than me but there will always be someone that is not as fortunate as me. I am an incurable romantic and always will be. I get enough reality everyday and look forward to spending that time of the day with someone who also has had enough reality for the day and would find pleasure in sitting on the porch holding hands watching the night sky fill in before retiring for the night never letting go of each other. I have been known to leave messages on the bathroom mirror so when you awake there is always something there to warm that marvellous smile and to make your eyes twinkle like only I know they twinkle.
I love being outside especaily if it is in the country. I am a country boy at heart and love it.
