I believe that happiness is just a reflection of who we are inside, how we feel about ourselves and our lives. It's not about what you own or what you can buy... But those things certainly help ;-). I enjoy dining out, going to the movies, traveling and walking/hiking but more than anything I love being at home with family and friends or just relaxing with a good book and my dog. I spend my free time exercising, walking my dog, skiing, biking, reading, going to the theater or checking out art galleries. Several times a year, I like to take off to go explore a new city or quaint town so traveling is in my blood. I have two wonderful children.
