about me, the whole sell myself part!
i'm going to start off by saying that i don't consider myself a girly girl but i do like my jewellery and having my nails done. i'm more comfortable in flip flops/ running shoes/boots and jeans and a t-shirt/hoodie. i enjoy doing the whole dress and heels thing when i have the opportunity because it's nice to do that once in a while.
i'm not a huge sports player but i am a wicked fan! i come from a hockey family so being a fan and being loud with noisemakers is very familiar to me! everyone needs a fan! i take every opportunity to cheer on my family at sports events. i don't play because i find i'm not very coordinated (if my life depended on me batting a ball, i wouldn't have a chance!) but i will never turn down an invitation to play volleyball (because i love it), go curling (because it's fun) or golf (which i totally suck at, but have lots of fun doing!).
i am a dog lover, which i'm very proud to say. i have a dog, his name is kuma and i love him to pieces. needless to say, he's very spoiled and is a big suck.
i have a car, but i wish i had a truck. if i had a truck i'd be out driving around in the bush checking out places that aren't regularly visited.
i don't mind trying anything and everything out at least once because how are you going to know if you like it or not, right? (what ever "it" may be.) another reason i love to try new things out is because i love to learn, and what better way to do that, than to try new things?

my future goals are to one day be able to build my own home (not literally, but i'm sure you know what i mean) and fill it with all the good things in life (which for me are having kids, having family over, love and creating good memories). that means that the person i'm looking for has to want that too and knows that working hard is the only way to get the best things out of life.
