So more about me: I just graduated as a design engineer (sounds more fun than it is) and finally started working like a 'real person'. I've only been in Canada for about 2 years so I still have a pretty strong British accent. I've been pretty busy with study for the past few years since I can be a bit of a workoholic, which means I haven't really had chance to develop any hobbies or particular interests or even explore Toronto as much as I should have by now; thats definitely something I'm working on changing. I do however enjoy cooking, baking and cake decorating and well as drawing out the nerdier side of me through tinkering with stuff, thats where the engineering background comes in handy. I'm also a bit (or a lot) of a bookworm, usually sci fi genres but I'm currenlty working my way through the 'classics' so I can understand random movie references better. I'm very open minded, I'll try anything once before saying I don't like it. I can be a bit shy at first and I need someone who can help pull me out of my shell and find my adventurous side.
so what about you? Ultimately I'm looking for someone who I can be myself with and who is comfortable enough to be themselves without any false bravado. You look at relationships as an equal partnership and friendship. I can look after myself, I don't need a knight in shining armor to save me, I just want to chill and enjoy time spent together. I can be a little sarcastic, so you probably are too, but you know when its appropriate and when its not. I also have a relaxed and quiet side. Staying home for movie night can be just as much fun as a night at D&B. My family's country house is my favourite place in the world, and I love getting up there as much as possible in the summer.
