2010 was my transformational year. Spent several months losing weight I'd tried for years to get rid of but that wasn't enough. Hit the gym and am now a 4 per week gym-goer which motivated me to become a Personal Trainer. It was a learning experience as I have an amazing career and didn't do it to make $ of the side.
My dream of bringing up healthy, happy, accomplished children is well on its way to being realized as I watch my 2 adult children launch themselves into their own world. They have constantly made me proud of who they are and what they have become.
