I am educated, but I just don't have the papers to prove it. Unlike most of the adolescents that go to university, I knew I wanted to be a chef since I was 11 years old. There was no point in me going to university to learn Psychology like was recommended, instead I chose to pursue my dream of being a great Chef. Yes that right, I CHOSE to work long hours and make less money; but you know what... I do what I love, and it shows in my food. I have ambitions that need to be realized, but doing that alone just is not what it's cut out to be, hence the dating site.
I do know what I want. I have always made very difficult decisions very easily and my friends and family are astounded at the fact. Applying for a job 1/2 way around the world for instance and not giving it a moments thought. Purchasing a new car that I really don't need (but its sooo sweet!). Spontaneity is important, and I think that it makes life just a little more enjoyable.
