I love them on a man as well but it's not mandatory by any means haha, I do not like people who judge a person on what they see on the outside, it is a shame so many do that as they miss out on some amazing people.

I spend a great deal of time with children both at work and with family, so it`s great to have adult time. But if you act like an adult all the time, well we won't be a good fit. I sit on a board of directors for my adult intake. I'm pretty playful and tend to joke around (in a nice way, mean people suck). And I do love the company of kids for their lack of censorship. i.e. Andrea's awesome. (EVERYONE should get to hear this from a two year old when they are learning to speak. It totally makes your day!)
