Date people from Canada. I am a 32 year old divorced mom of two amazing boys, whom I share custody of with their father. When they are with me they are with me and that is where my focus, time and energy go. When they aren't with me, well maybe that's why I'm here. I'm not sure what exactly I'm looking for, I didn't even think I was looking, but here I am. Whether it ends up being long term or not, who knows, but it's always great to meet new people. Between my children and my career it is hard to meet people and the novelty of the bar scene wore off a long time ago. Call it curiosity or my sub-conscious trying to tell me that I am looking for that someone, but I thought why not. Options are always good.
I'm outgoing enough, but not an in your face, everyone look at me kind of outgoing. Described as perhaps on the quieter side, but certainly not shy. I'm confident enough, but to make the first move, hmmmm we'll see! I'm fairly laid back and though I make sure to take care of myself, inside and out, I am not high maintenance. A weekend outdoors without having to deal with work clothes, hair and make up is great. On the other hand, so is getting dressed up for a night out.
My lifestyle is quite active. I am training for a marathon right now, my first, with hopes to do a tri next year. I love to run, whether I'm training or not. I kickbox, bike, swim, and if I haven't tried it, but it's active, chances are I will. I'm pretty open to trying just about anything, checking out new places, road trips, hiking.
Travelling is great, just not something I get to do too often. Hopefully there is more in my future.
I do like to be out and about, downtown pubs and patios, listning to live local bands, checking out an art exhibit. Also just as happy to sit in my backyard with a good book and just chill. Being out is great, but so is a nice night in, dinner, wine and good conversation.
My children, my active time and personal time are all very important to me. I appreciate someone who is comfortable and secure with themselves. Independence is a good thing. Sharing time with someone is great, but so is doing your own thing when you feel like it.
At this stage I am very comfortable with who I am and where I'm at and I respect and appreciate the same in someone else.

Meet a soulmate from Canada. I love life, relishing each new experience that is offered. I am physically active almost every day of the week; living a healthy lifestyle is very important to me. Running and ultimate frisbee are my two favorite activities, though I welcome introduction to new sports or "outdoorsy" activities.

Travelling is my vice, in a good sense. I have visited Europe five times, been to Australia, Central America, southeast Asia, and throughout the United States and Canada. I just got back from Los Angeles and fell in love with the city!
I have an appreciation for the arts, coming from a musical background. Taking in a concert or play is a favored leisurely activity.

I'm athletic and love sports (competitive soccer player and skier), although recently I've been held back by a knee injury which required ACL reconstruction surgery, but luckily I'm a quick healer :)
I love to travel, and have been to some awesome locales including Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, France, England, Portugal and Nigeria (mental note don't visit during Ramadan!).

I love board and trivia games, but for the life of me I can never get the yellow pie questions!
I love trying new things and I even went sky diving last Fall and loved it!! I started a list of things I want to accomplish in my lifetime. I want to learn how to drive standard, invent something, do the Edge Walk at the CN tower, break a Guinness Book of World Record...
