I usually run a couple 1/2 marathons races a year. I am a pretty decent cook but by no means am I a chef. I do enjoy BBQ'ing whenever I can. I believe in eating healthy; however during these hot summer days I may enjoy a pint or some ice cream. I also enjoy hanging out with friends on a patio or playing board games.

So just a little about me. I was born and raised in Ottawa and after living in Toronto, New York and London England for the past 12 years I have decided to move back to Ottawa and make it my home. I am well established in my career and I love what I do. I was once in a very short marriage that simply just did not work out as a result of learning (too late obvi) that we were far more different than we thought. I don't have any kids (just a dog who often behaves like a child) or any lingering obligations to my ex - As such I come to the table with ZERO baggage (and so should you), and I think that it is important you know that. I am looking to meet someone remarkable who I will eventually create something truly extraordinary with. Love to cook and would say I have a soft spot for pasta and red wine. There hasn't been an ethnic dish that I disliked. Nothing like getting out to a concert, or any music venue for that matter, even small seedy bars- as long as the music is great. The National is one of my favourite bands and recently The Drums - of course some favourites from 80's 90's.. Salsa, Bachata, Funk along with many others styles and genres. Now that being said, also have to say that I like a fine glass of wine at a put together lounge bar. Enjoy travel with plenty more to see. Just returned from Maui. Stayed in a beautiful little spot called Lahaina- what a place! Spent time in Greece where my family is from- beautiful place like no other.

I don't like to talk myself up, so I find this part a bit difficult. But, I think my friends would describe me as genuine, friendly, helpful, kind, thoughtful, and generous. I certainly try to live that way. I like to travel and try new things, and would like to meet someone with these same qualities. I place a high value on integrity, am trustworthy, and am a man of my word.
