Wanderlust is a favourite word of mine. So far..my more far flung adventures have brought me to India, New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and Costa Rica. My latest trip was to visit some good friends in Scandinavia in the fall.

My family is extremely important to me. Especially my grandparents. I am so grateful that I had both sets of grandparents while I was growing up. Sitting and speaking with my late grandmother was one of my favourite past-times. And while I've heard all of my grandfather's stories from the 'old country'; and his journey to Canada, a thousand times, I wouldn't trade those moments for anything.

When it comes to spending time at home that usually involves reading a good book on the balcony, or painting while listening to some classic rock.
