I am always looking for a new adventure or challenge. In the last six years I have run a marathon (I'm proud of this but won't do it again), received my teaching certification in Yoga and taken my Scuba diving certification. I do what I can to stay in shape which seems to be increasingly harder with each passing year! Lately I have taken up swimming as my preferred form of exercise. It is much easier on the body than running was.
My passion is to travel. I have most recently travelled to India and Thailand building houses with the Habitat for Humanity and am planning my next adventure to do volunteer work in Nepal.
