Friends say I am attractive, happy, very active, social and have a great sense of humour. I smile and laugh a lot because life is good. I have independent and successful children, perfect grandkids ( no bias here, I am sure if you have any they are the same!) and wonderful friends. The majority of my friends are younger than I so most are still hard at work ( and bugging me to get on Match!)
I am fortunate enough to be retired and enjoying the freedom it brings. When at home you might find me searching for my inner Monet through oil painting, exercising or reading or relaxing in the evening watching a bit of TV. In the summer you would of course find me in and out of the pool and garden.
If out and about locally you might fine me doing some long distance walking ( keeping myself in readiness for a walking adventure, city or country), going to a fitness class, meeting up with friends at a local pub or restaurant or taking in some live music dancing or going to or in live theatre, or at a book club .
I enjoy sailing and all other types of boating and was recently introduced to golf.
Traveling is a passion, most of it being in England France and Italy. I have never done a group travel as up to this point I have found the freedom of spontaneous destinations to be fun! Whether it is staying with friends, B?B's or a hotel they all have their good points!
