I enjoy the outdoors and I like most sports, I much prefer playing than being an armchair quarterback. If you're looking for someone that hangs out at the gym most nights then that's not me, I've been a competitive athlete and coach and now I'm much more in to being just plain healthy. Getting away is always high on my list whether that be camping in a tent (which I don't get that much of a chance to do) or camping at the Hilton (where the tent pegs are a bit of a problem....lol). The rest just ask and I'll tell you.

Solid frame with a well tuned mind but seats that adjust to a wide range of visitors! I'm no wilting violet, so if you like your men petit,obscure and timid,then thats not me. I am new to the Pickering area as I was transferred - these online dating sites at times can be very frustrating.
Please do not waste my time or yours iif you really are not single – this means you are not in any kind of relationship with another women or man! Also, if you do not live within 60 miles of me, do not wink or message me as I am not looking for a long distance relationship.
I miss having a companion in my life as my best friend; confidant, lover, enjoying one another’s time – maybe weekend drives – just hoping in my jeep to any destination, enjoying little towns to just exploring our province, to taking pictures, to walking along the boardwalk or a walking/hiking path etc.. to going to a movie or drive in, playing pool, seeing a comedy show, to just staying home cooking together, talking about your day and enjoying time after a stressful or long day, to just having friends or family over for dinner or a BBQ, or just you and me or for each of us to have our own “ME” time apart.
I enjoy life in general, from just chilling on my own to together with family and friends to doing absolutely nothing, to sitting in my backyard reading or on a dock at the cottage taking in the sun. Due to work situations have not been able to travel much lately. I really missed it, usually head to a familyРІР‚в„ўs condo in Hawaii every year; it would be nice to have someone to go there with or somewhere else maybe this coming fall.
IРІР‚в„ўm a romantic, a touchy feely type of person and like to show it and would prefer the same in a companion. I believe it is the little things we do in a relationship that are so important. That hug or kiss for no reason, to the shoulder rub as you pass or the a** pinch etc I enjoy writing poetry, sometimes it just flows, a way of me expressing my feelings, making little gifts for special occasions. Leaving little notes, or sending a text to say I am thinking about you etc.. I am a non-materialistic person, who enjoys the simple things in life.
I may not be as “outgoing into sports” as some would like, not really a winter person, not a skier, have tried and do no enjoy, but would like to try snow shoeing, with the right person by my side, I am willing to try things…but absolutely no bungee jumping or skydiving…lol

Meet a woman from Pickering, Canada. Here I am living the good life. I have a job that I love and love where I am living. I have a wonderful son and a beautiful 5 year old grandddaughter. We have a wonderful time together and laugh a lot. Five year olds have a wonderful perspective on life, they live it to the max.
I share my home with 2 little dogs, 1 cat and 2 birds. They are a big part of my life as I also work in the veterinary field. One of my favorite quotes is "be the person your dog thinks you are" .........and I try every day. :)
My friends would probably say that I am hard working, funny, witty, kind and caring. I feel that I have been very fortunate throughout my life and try to give back through charity and fundraising for children and animals.
I have many interests and stay active. I love a good rock concert, live theatre, art, and I also love to kayak, rock climb, ride my bike (with no hands!), motorcycles or spend some time at the beach with my granddaughter and the dogs.
