I like working out, I have used the P90X and my treadmill, I have lost a lot of weight close to 130 pounds and still trying maintaining to keep it off since Jan 2010, I've manage to keep it off for over a year. This was one of the major accomplishments I made so far in my life, I thank God for my family and friend that have support me through out this journey.

My interests are I love to workout but I do it at home with my Treadmill, Bowflex and my money maker that help lose me all this weight, P90X. I also like listening to old school music from the 80 and 90's, that's including R&B, Reggea, a little bit hip-hop, slow jams too. I also have been fond of listening to other types of music from my IPod touch, Sorry, I don't have Justin Beiber or Lady Gaga on my playlist but I do have one song from Katy Perry.
I also like watching the NFL, I have too many of my favorite teams to list, UFC, I've seen women go crazy when they watch the fight on PPV, Boxing, I'm not a hardcore hockey fan but the Ottawa Senators, to the Leafs fan out there, boo hoo cry me river.
I also like reading, the latest books I'm reading are from two popular movies, Waiting to Exhale and The Blind Side, both of them are really good. I also like to cook (which I never done before and now I'm the Chef Ramsey, just kidding), watch old reruns of comedies like Seinfeld, King of Queens, Family Guy and many other when I get the time. I'm pretty much open to try or do anything new as it is fun. Except bungee jumping, lol
I am not much into the club sence when I was younger unless they are playing old school and reggea for the whole night I'm there in a heartbeat, I like going to the movies, I like to watch all the types including the old classics from the 80's. Ahhh, to be a teenager again. Lol
