Meet single man from Port Colborne, Canada. I find it difficult writing about one's self as it seems to be a bit of a conceit of which I try not to be but I'll give it a go anyway.
My Name is Tom and I'm a 59 yr old who is looking to slow down and enjoy my grand children and life in general hopefully with a great partner. I'm a transport driver that hauls twin 53' trailers to Kingston Ont and back 4 and sometimes 5 nights a week. My work shift consists of 13 to 14 hrs leaving little time for myself.
I do enjoy watching TV with programs such as NCIS, Bones ,House, and Criminal Minds as well as The History Channel and Discovery. I also enjoy SciFi and some comedy. And I will admit I do enjoy some chick flicks like Sleepless in Seattle , Maid in Manhattan and Serendipity.
As far a music go's I like a wide variety including Clasical, Country,Pop, Oldies,Raggae and even a few Heavy Metal songs that have a good beat and strong base sound.
Honesty is very important to me and I'm not into playing games with emotions as this leads to alot of bad feelings. Once I'm in a relationship I'm not looking at the other side of the fence for greener grass as that's an illusion not to be found.
As it is said sometimes wanting can be more desirable than having but only leaves you longing in the end.
I don't execise very much due to breathing problems caused by scarring from pnuemonia as a child and from previous smoking addiction of which is now years behind me. If asked if I could change one thing in my life it would be to never have started smoking but hind sight is 20/20.
