I work very hard and my occupation keeps me travelling a fair amount. I love what I do and have been in the mineral exploration business for almost all of my adult life. I pride myself on my professional attitude and work ethics. I am looking for someone that has the same pride and confidence in what they do.
I am mostly the outdoors type. I like tinkering with computers, cars, guitars and I love to fish, travel and camp. I am not much into killing things, so catch-and-release is my game. I am also a renovation guy. I love to build and repair households. I have all the toys to prove it.
I live just outside Toronto, Ontario, Canada, so just all the USA ladies know, I am not ready for the long - long distance thing at the moment. I have tried to address this issue with the web-site people to refine my search, with zero results.
Communication is very important to me. I don't want to deal with secrets and lies. People that are together should never have to worry about telling the other what is on their minds or what is concerning them. I am not into arguing, bickering or petty fights. You can leave that stuff at the door. Constant honest, constructive and meaningfull communication is so important for a couple to thrive and survive.
I have been separated for just over a year now and feel the need to find someone to share my thoughts, passions and experiences with. I am looking for a partner that is self driven, motivated and confident within herself. I would love to compliment your life, not take over it and the same goes the other way. I shudder to think all the time I am wasting not being with a friend and partner who wants to accentuate their life with someone who is equally proud of what they have accomplished in life.
I just want to find peace, happiness, contentment and eventually love again. If I can find a person that I can share a chuckle with at the end of the day about life and all the silly things that come along with it, I think that true love can't be far behind.
I love to laugh and hear someone else laugh. I can't imagine not being able to laugh at yourself and laugh at life in general.
Companionship is what I am mostly looking for. I miss being with someone that cares about others and has a caring attitude. I eventually want to be in a picture with someone who shares the same zest for life as me, holding hands or hugging (and is a female) with great big smiles on our faces. That someone that I want to grow old gracefully with is out there. I know it.
