For starters, I am passionate about life, spontaneous and have a good sense of humour. There is a time and place to take life seriously and I get my fair share at work. But I prefer to throttle back and enjoy the lighter side whenever I can. I decided a while back that I won't become a statistic because of stress.
I am healthy and physically fit and workout at the gym 3-4 times a week mostly because it keeps me honest about my health. I also eat healthy most of the time although I still enjoy the occasional pizza and beer and eating out.
I have a good job running my own business and it's something I really enjoy because it allows me to experience life in a more fulfilling way. You see, I love to travel, explore new places and seek out adventures along the way. Great scenery and a warm climate doesn’t hurt either. Overall though, I still manage to maintain a healthy balance between work, family and pleasure. My friends and family mean a lot to me. Hanging out together is something we all look forward to.
