What I mean is, retirement from my first job. I like working and staying in touch and will find something else to do after I retire from my first job. I want to stay connected. There hasn’t been a woman for years. I am almost a virgin again. I like getting up and going to work. I enjoy the people I work with very much. I enjoy a good movie or a good book and really enjoy a wine worthy meal. I also revel in the night time beauty of my evening walks. I would like to be able to hold someone’s hand again. As it happens I have settled into a simple way of life but I am still flexible and willing to try new things. I do enjoy travelling. As well, my years of life experience have eroded all the sharp edges. I know what I am looking for in a companion.

The age on my birth certificate DOES NOT reflect how active I am, however through this site I realize some folks get hung up on the number rather than the individual. I have a high energy level but I do love quiet times and romance (being a touchy feely person) with that special someone. I love to laugh and enjoy the life I have been given as we don't know how long we have it for. I am told I look younger than my years and I am comfortable dressing to the nines or in civies at home. I hope to find through this venture an honest and trustworthy companion, mind games do not work for me, neither do people with tempers or dependencies.
