Real spirituality. None of that phony religious (traditional or New Age) BS. Not surprisingly, I renounced my Christian faith and gave up on organized religion. Long story...which I'll share with the right person.
Healthy lifestyle habits. Most of our illnesses are caused or aggravated by our food and lifestyle choices. While I'm health and environmentally conscious (I always read the ingredients), I'm not a fanatic, either.
Naturopathic medicine. No vaccines and as few drugs as possible. You won't see me popping pills unless it's serious.
The rest, natural childbirth, natural parenting (no spanking. Ever read The Continuum Concept?), homeschooling (ever read John Taylor Gatto's The Underground History of Education?), etc. would come way later.

I moved back 2 years ago after spending 11 years in the western provinces of Canada to further my career and enjoy what that part of our great country has to offer.
