. Here in Nova Scotia we are blessed with an abundance of beautiful places to explore in any season. On walking trails and beaches, my dog accompanies me, but having a special someone's hand to hold while we walk and talk would complete the picture.
Walking is my main form of exercise. I try to be health conscious most of the time and eat good-for-me foods .........with a lapse now and again. Chocolate is my weakness! I do not smoke cigars, cigarettes or a pipe.
