I work as a resident assistant, in an elderly resthome and I love it! (most days) I alwasy leave with a new story or old saying from the residents, they have taught me to treasure every moment I have with loved ones as they say "life is fleeting".
I have done lots of volunteer work as well over the years; daycare, soup kitchens and recreational therapy at local hospitals, its always a very rewarding experience!
I am currently in the middle of a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at Acadia University, and I love it! When i finish my bachelor degree I plan on following it with a two year masters degree. I highly value a good education, and hard work ethic, if your going to do something you might as well do it right!
My social life is that of a hard woking university student, I like to go out now and then with friends im definately not a huge partier, but I still know how to have a good time with friends!
I am most passionate about sports and good health, a healthy lifestyle is a happy lifestyle. I have played competetive Softball for the past 12 years and I wouldn't be who I am today without it. Other sports I have played over the years are; hockey, field hockey, football, and rugby.
