For noise I like to play my guitar and listen to classic rock music. I have four grown childern who are all doing great with their lives and that makes me vey content. I like to read -non fiction- and, although I don't watch much TV, I do like the series " the Killing" as well as good movies. Mysteries are perhaps my favorite ones with a few Sci-Fi and the odd War movie thrown in for escape. I prefer to watch documentaries on my laptop, although I not what you'd call a heavy computer user. Travelling is a favorite of mine when I can find the time and can afford it. I travelled across Canada a few times on the train and would recomend it to anyone who wants to see how large and diverse this country really is. Been on a cruise to Bermuda and spent sometime in south Carolina.
Physically, I am of medium height with blue eyes, brown hair and a few extra pounds. I prefer to wear jeans rather then slacks but i believe that a suit and tie is still proper dress for weddings, funerals, christmas parties and the like. I prefer leather boots (Beatle Boots they used to call them) rather then shoes and I hate heavy winter clothes.
I like to fish and used to hunt but realy don't do that anymore but I still like the woods in the fall.
