The time that I spend in meditation practice is important to me and quite helpful. I have an interest in fruit tree and other gardening type activities which includes making maple syrup in the spring. I enjoy travelling to warm places in the winter but think Nova Scotia is the place to be Spring, Summer and Fall. I am thinking more about spending the winters in a warmer climate, I would rather be on a golf course, beach, exploring new places, etc then wresting with snow.
