My hobbies tend to be more of the outdoor type, for example snowboarding/skiing (Depending on ground conditions), football(or soccer as you Canadians call it), golf, mountain biking (Although I'm yet to purchase a bike in Canada) and walking or roller blading (I'm not the best but give it a go) on a nice summers day. I've just taken up ice hockey and learning to skate the hard way, but thoroughly enjoying it. I've been fortunate enough to live and travel around a few countries enjoying 18 months backpacking in New Zealand and Australia.
I also enjoy going to the gym a couple of times a week, catching a movie, going out and cosy nights in with my loved one. My family and friends are important to me even though most are in Scotland or England (Just as well skype is available).
I have been told that I am respectful, thoughtful, kind-hearted, intelligent, witty, loyal, enjoy cuddles and kisses, competitive when it comes to sport, independent and empathetic. The only thing that makes me unique is that you're reading my description right now and not someone elses. Although, does being born in the greatest country ever, namely Scotland, count as being unique?
I do love my music, everything from certain classical music, 50's & 60's tunes, Led Zeppelin, UNKLE, Public Enemy and Mumford & Sons. The hairs on the back of my neck even stood on end when I saw Susan Boyle's live audition on 'Britain's Got Talent'.
